Team Foundation Server RC available soon

Team Foundation Server RC will be available on Tuesday, February 7th, 2006.
Remembering the range of problems that everyone has had with the setup of the previous versions, I find following sentence from the announcement intriguing. MS has invested a lot in the improvement of the setup. In just a few days we’ll see if they have really succeeded in achieving a painless setup experience.
“We have also conducted what we call “metal up” tests which entails giving a TFS newbie the media, the install instructions and a set of machines to ensure that customers will be able to get a working system up and running in reasonable time.”
