[TOOLS :-)] Microsoft Soccer Scoreboard

I am not a great football (soccer) fan, but during the world cup no one can ignore it. For those that cannot travel to Germany and feel the football madness themselves, especially if they will be staying in front of their computer screens, the second best source of information might be Microsoft Soccer Scoreboard. It will transparently stay on top of your desktop (if you let it do so), and show near real time information…

But, there is a technical point: the program doesn’t seem to work if you don’t have administrative rights. With “run as” it works fine, but if you are not an admin, the program mysteriously doesn’t appear at all…
