.Net Framework 3.0
Soma informs us that the name WinFX has gone to eternity. From now on, the new name should be used instead - .Net Framework 3.0.
Everything else remains the same: it comes together with Vista, it will be available for WinXp and Win2003 etc.
However, beware, LINQ belongs Orcas, which comes only after Vista/.Net 3.0.
