Team Foundation Server SDK in MSDN
Team Foundation SDK was up till now a part of VS SDK (which is not a small download).
There are two good news: TFS SDK (a) from now on will be distributed separately and (b) doesn’t need to be downloaded at all – you can simply browse the content.

Can you post a link to the TFS SDK download, none of the search engines can seem to find it. Also, BTW, your link to the documentation results in a URL not found.
